Farmhouse. C17 rear wing: rebuilt mid C18: c.1840 front. Uncoursed limestone
rubble with brick quoins and dressings: mid C19 roughcast front: C17 rear right
wing, originally timber-framed, has exposed framed truss in rear gable.
Half-hipped C20 tile roof to front: M-shaped half-hipped old tile roof to rear;
brick rear lateral stacks and right end stack. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys;
3-window range. Mid C19 front has glazed door, timber porch, 8-
pane sashes and narrow margin-light sash above door. All set in raised rendered
architraves. Small late C18 service block to rear of brick with gabled old tile
roof. interior: mid C18 straight-flight staircase: flanking rooms have boxed
beams. C17 wing to rear right has chamfered beam and chamfered bressumer over
open fireplace in ground-floor room. Roof not inspected.
