Small house. c.1900. Flared brick with red-brick dressings; rendered sides;
Welsh-slate roof with brick stacks 2-unit plan. 2 storeys. Symmetrical 3-window
front, in header bond, has casements, with gauged-brick flat arches, and a
central doorway with rectangular overlight below a blind window. Shallow-pitched
hipped roof has boxed eaves and flanking stacks. Interior not inspected.
