with brick infill; plain tile roof; brick stack. Baffle-entry plan. 2-storey,
4-window range. Plank door to left of centre with gabled hood. Irregular
fenestration of 5 windows, mostly C20 casements, to ground floor. 4 windows to
first floor, horizontal sliding sash to left, and to right of centre. Ridge
stack to left of centre. Interior not inspected. Single-storey outshut to
right return.
