approx. 30m. to NW

GV II

Cowhouse. Early/mid C18. Weatherboarded timber framing on rubble plinth;
corrugated-iron roof. 5-bay plan with rear outshut, extended to 6 bays. One
storey plus loft. Front has 2 wide entries, probably C20, and 2 smaller outer
doorways. Roof is hipped to left and half-hipped to right. Interior: queen-post
trusses with curved inner principals and upper collars. Left bay is a later
one-storey addition and has C20 roof structure. Included for group value.
