Built in 1906-14 by N.W. & G.A Harrison. Bath ashlar with Doulton stone dressings. Additions in 1910. Two storeys, four bays. Three-light mullion and transom windows below, four-light above. Doorway with broken semi-circular pediment. Pedimented parapet. Tiled roof.
