House and offices. Late C18 3-storeyed ashlar with a moulded cornice, parapet,
stone slate roof and 2 red brick stacks. On the South is a 2-storeyed projecting
3-sided bay with sashes. On the North is a pedimented Doric stone doorway
with side pilasters and entablature on each side of which is a single sash
window. Above the doorway in the 1st floor is a 3-light sash window with
a segmental architrave. In the 2nd floor are 2 smaller 3-light sash windows
with segmental architraves.
Nos 1, 11 to 17 (consec), 19, 20, Black Hall, Part of Queen Elizabeth House
and Nos 22 and 23 form a group.
