Small house. Probably C16/early C17, altered C18. Coursed squared marlstone with wooden lintels; thatch roof with stone-and-brick gable stacks. 2-unit plan. One storey plus attic, raised to 2 storeys. 2-window front has 3-light C18 casements at ground floor and renewed smaller casement at first floor; 4-panel door is set to right of centre, and to left of it is a blocked doorway with a Tudor-arched stone head. Front of Steep-pitched roof is raised at the eaves. INTERIOR: not inspected.
