House, late C19. Squared stone; slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays, irregular.
Left-of-centre boarded door with overlight. Sash window to left and paired
sashes to right, with glazing bars removed; small casements above; all windows
have slightly projecting sills. Coped gables with kneelers, stepped and corniced
end stacks. Earlier single-storey section to right (structurally part of the
main kennel block, q.v.) has 4-panel door under triangular timber hood and 4-pane
sash window. Outshut to rear.
