C19. Rock faced rubble with a patch of earlier rubble below steps to lower
level at gable end of No 17. Modern curved return to north. Early C19 cast
iron railings with urn topped piers in front of No 17 and down the steps.

No 17 and the retaining wall before Nos 9 to 17 form a group, together with
Nos 1 to 15 (odd) which are of local interest.
