House, c.1850. Tooled-and-margined ashlar front, rubble to rear; slate roof.
2 storeys, 2 wide bays, symmetrical. Central 4-panel door with 4-pane overlight
under trellised wooden porch on dwarf walls with chamfered coping. Porch gable
has quatrefoil-latticed bargeboards and finial; flanking renewed 12-pane sashes,
similar but smaller windows above with flush surrounds in half-dormers with
similar bargeboards. Half-dormers and main roof have orange ridge tiles with
quatrefoil piercings; stepped and corniced end stacks. Narrow garden has low
walls with chamfered coping, gate and end piers.
Returns show similar bargeboards and gable detail. Rear outshut has boarded
door and 12-pane Yorkshire sash, in alternating-block surrounds.
