House. C17, extended C17/C18. Altered 1877 (datestone) and C20. Squared coursed
ironstone, slate roof, stone sticks. 2 storeys and attic, 3 bays. C19 and C20
extension to central bay of 2 storeys with straight parapet, has doorway on
right side with stone surround and ridged plank door. C20 French window to left
and C19 window with stone hood and C20 casement to right. First floor windows
are C19 with C20 casements. Central half dormer with coped gable on kneelers and
C19 casements. 2 gabled C19 dormers to right. Coped gable with kneelers. Left
side has C17 four-light stone mullioned window on ground floor. Similar 3-light
window above and C17 three-light wood mullioned casement with wood lintel in
attic. Rear windows C17 of two- and 3 lights with stone mullions. Extension to
right C17/C18, similar materials; one bay, 2 storeys and attic. C19 central
doorway flanked by C19 windows with stone hoods and C20 casements. C19 window on
first floor. Coped gable end with kneelers. Interior: Remodelled C20, C17 stop
chamfered ceiling beams.
