Dovecote and attached outbuilding wings. Dated 1843. Coursed squared ironstone and slate roofs. Square dovecote with pyramidal roof and timber glover with ogee lead roof. Flanked by single storey symmetrical wings. Left wing has gabled roof, right wing has hipped roof; both have central louvres. Nogged brick eaves. Partly open on posts to yard to rear. Dovecote has pair of carved limestone panels with arms. That to left dated 1843, with arms of University College; that to right dated 1631 with arms said to be those of James I. Included for group value.
