House, now house and shop. Probably early C18, remodelled late C18. Regular
coursed ironstone and limestone with slate roof. Originally 3-unit plan. 2
storeys, 4-window range of sash windows with glazing bars, under flat rendered
heads, with irregular ashlar quoins. C19 four-panelled door to left of centre.
Moulded stone parapet and rendered brick stacks at ridge and end. One-unit,
2-storey, shop attached to left has small forecourt with flight of steps and
attached walls with 2 square stone piers and ashlar copings. Interior not
inspected but noted as having an early C19 staircase with stick balustrade.
