C18 front elevation. 2 storeys. Upper storey rough rendered, with later tile
roof with ridge tile. Rusticated quoins. 3 blank recessed panels above 3 1st
floor windows, rusticated lintels vith keystones. Stone band between ground and
1st floors. Ground floor has bowyed window with glazing bars on modern plinth.
Door of 6 fielded panels, 2 glazed, in surround with narrow reeded pilasters and
flat hood on consoles. 2 steps. Mid C19 shop front of 2 windows, heavy cornice.

Nos 15 to 19 (consec), Kingston House, and No 21 form a group.
