Terrace of 3 houses. Mid C19, of different builds. Brownish brick in Flemish
bond, plain tile roofs. 2 storeys, 3 bays each, stepped up hill to east
with straight joints between each. Each has central round-arched doorway
with 6-panel door (no. 29 is boarded) and fanlight with glazing bars (no.
31 is blocked). Sashes with glazing bars, flat brick arches and projecting
sills,that to 1st floor centre of no. 31 a dummy window. Gabled end stacks
and one to rear of no. 29. Left return (no. 29): a blind window to each
floor. Rear: added single-storey outshuts; at left end, the bricks of,
the rear wall of no. 33 have been left ragged to allow for further extension
of the row. An unusually complete example of this type of housing.
