House, now office. C18 or earlier. Rendered throughout. Pantile roof.
2 storeys and attic. 2 first-floor windows and first-floor jetty. Door
to left has 6 raised and fielded panels, an overlight with rectilinear
glazing bows, panelled reveals and a simple moulded doorcase. Recessed
ground-floor window has glazing bars with 4 cast-iron opening lights (one
broken at the time of resurvey). First-floor sash windows have glazing
bars. Simple box cornice. Gabled dormer with plain bargeboards has a
sash with glazing bars.
