Public House, former use unknown. C17, early C19 and late C19 with C20
alterations. Brick, modern concrete tiled roof with brick chimney. Three-
storeys; 4 first floor sash windows, four lights with horns; 4 second floor
windows blocked. Late Cl9 seven bay pub front to ground floor. Six four light
sashes separated by pilasters. Central double door, each leaf two panelled,
oblong fan light over with geometric glazing bars. Recessed panel under each
window. Flat pilasters with egg and dart moulding to caps. Heavy projecting
cornice with Cavetto profile:- Internally Early C17 moulded beams largely
made indesipherable by modern additions of ancient timbers.
