GV II

Pair of estate cottages. Early C19. Red brick with pantile roof. Two
storeys. Symmetrical facade with two ground floor and two first floor windows
under a central pediment; 2-light casements with glazing bars. Two boarded
entrance doors in outer bays. Cambered brick arches over ground floor
openings. Brick dentils to eaves and pediment. Two small casements in south
gable. Central ridge stack with twin square chimney shafts. Pantiled lean-
to at rear.
