Formerly part of brew-house, now house. C17. Extended forwards
in the early C19. Incorporating mediaeval remains in the junction
with Nos. 32 and 33. Red brick. Flat roof over extension. Pantile
roof over C17 block. Set back from the street line and adjoining the
rear of Nos. 32 and 33. 2 storeys. 3 sashes at first floor. Single
storey, single bay C20 extension to right. Right-hand off-centre
door with fanlight and 2 attached Ionic columns supporting plain
architrave and flat hood. Sash windows throughout with glazing bars
and simple moulded surrounds. Large 'buttress' at extreme right,
evidently a fragment of a mediaeval east wall. Parapet. 3 gabled
dormers in Cl7 roof. Large ground floor arch in the dividing wall
with No. 33.
