Garden cottage. C18 and later. Red brick, in English bond on north wall,
vitrified headers on south and east walls. Steep pantile roof. l 1/2 storeys.
South wall of C18 Flemish bond brickwork: 2 and 3-light casements with
transoms, segmental arches over openings. Doorway off-centre to west; 6-
panel door with upper panels glazed, segmental fanlight. Central gabled
dormer with 3-light casement. Chimney stacks off-centre to east end at west
gable. Brick corner pilasters with moulded caps and bases. Ground floor
and first floor casements in gables. Included for group value.
