Small barn. Probably late C17. Flint, English bond brick, brick dressings.
Thatched roof. Rectangular on plan. 3 bays. Flint plinth with brick top.
Large central door to east face, smaller central door to west. Lower part
of walls coursed flint with a few courses of brick under the eaves. Slit
ventilation openings with brick reveals. North gable wall of flint with
brick diapering. Brick above eaves, north and south gables shaped. Interior.
Slit openings splay, with brick reveals. Roof has tie beams, collar beams,
2 rows of butt purlins with wind braces to one row; ridge piece. Mortices
for wall-posts and arch braces. Limetree Farmhouse is not listable.
