Cottage. c1820. Pebble flint with gault brick dressings, slate roof. Two bays
2 storeys. One ground and 2 first floor sashes with glazing bars under flat rubbed
brick arches with flush brick rusticated dressings. Simple wooden doorcase. Three
panel reveals and 6 panel door. Flat arched brick dressed alley opening. Hipped
roof, eaves stack at north.
