Early C19. Grey brick facade, flint with red brick dressings. Hipped pantile roof.
Two storeys. Symmetrical plan of 5 bays, incorporating central range of 3 bays with
projecting bay at each side. Central doorway in slightly advanced bay; architrave and
elliptical arch and fanlight. Good contemporary panelled door. Sashes with flat
rubbed brick arches. Plain brick string course at f/floor level. Projecting
2s hipped bay on right hand side; corresponding ls bay on left hand side with
castellated brick parapet. Three brick chimney stacks on S. side. Large eaves
overhang with wooden eaves cornice.
