Late C16. Timber frame and brick. Restored, L-shaped plan with 2-storeys
and attics. The main block has a moulded wood bressume on corbels, along
the 1st floor. East gable has a wood mullion and transom window of 6-lights.
Remaining fenestration consists of restored 4 and 5-light windows and some
modern casements. Restored entrance with side posts and oak lintel. Massive
side stone stack with 3 moulded brick shafts.

Hill Court, Dovecote and Barn at Hill Court form a group.
