House, now flats. 1857. Red brick, stretcher bond, stone
details, slate roof. 2 storeys over basement, 4 bays, the left
bay projects as a gabled wing, the entrance bay 2. 4-panel
door, the top 2 glazed, with overlight, carved stone surround,
console brackets, cornice. 2 segmental-arched windows to
right, stone architraves throughout; 3 windows with original
4-pane sashes to 1st floor. The left bay has a deep canted bay
window to ground floor and a paired window above. Deep
modillion eaves cornice; barge-boards to left gable, ridge
stacks centre and right.
