Railings. 1932. Designed by Sir Reginald Blomfield. Railings
probably cast-iron, painted white, stone plinth. Circular
plan, broken at 3 points for motor access from Eastgate and St
Peter's Street. Approx 0.75m high, a geometric design with 'X'
and 'O' motifs.
