Garage and attached kennels. Circa 1919; by Charles Bateman, for Lord Redesdale. Coursed limestone rubble. Stone tile hipped roof. Small stone lateral stack at rear.
PLAN: U-shaped on plan, with large garage at centre and garages in projecting wings, with covered courtyard between; pair of kennels on right side with railed runs in front.
EXTERIOR: 1 storey. Projecting wings to left and right have large plank double doors with strap hinges. Set back at centre sliding doors and glazed canopy over courtyard with pump and hoses on side walls. At sides and rear 3-light casements with leaded panes and cambered arches. On right [SE] side a range of two kennels with railed dog-runs in front.
INTERIOR: Inspection pit in west wing. Boiler room in NE corner.
