House. c1620, mostly rebuilt c1780, altered c1920 and split into two properties. Red brick laid in Flemish bond; roof of pan tiles , black-glazed to front. Lobby entrance plan. EXTERIOR: facade faces west. 2 storeys; 4-window range. 3 2-light casements to ground floor, that to north of c1920, remainder c1780. Windows alternate with 2 doors, both c1920, that to south half-glazed. First floor with 3 2-light casements to south part, the centre one blocked; one 3-light c1920 casement to north bay. Dentil eaves cornice to south part. Ridge stack right of centre. South gable with one fixed 4-paned window to ground floor and a blocked window above. North- gable with one smal12-light ground-floor casement. Rear with full-length outshut, the north part of c1920, remainder c1820. 2 central stable doors, that to left next to a 4-paned casement. One further door right and left, that to left leading to wash house with boiler oven including copper. Lap-glazed 5-light window to south. 2 further 2-light casements to elevation. INTERIOR: north compartment of outshut with 'Beetonette' kitchen range, c1920. Main house of 3 rooms to ground floor. North bay with jowled principal studs to frame, chamfered middle rail, wattle and daub panels and arched braces at first floor. Centre room with c1920 fire insert to left of2 C18 2-panelled cupboard doors on H hinges. C18 winder to west of stack; c1920 straight-flight staircase to north bay. Various C18 plank doors on strap hinges. Roof not accessible.
