Small town house. c1775. Brown brick in Flemish bond to the
front; grey slate roof.
3 storeys, 2 windows. Painted stone plinth with boot-scraper
recess; replaced doorway has covered step, door of 6 fielded
panels and 3-pane overlight; flush sashes have painted stone
sills and rusticated wedge lintels with gadrooned dropped
keystones; two 6-pane unequal sashes to the first storey and
second storey and two 4-pane sashes to the third storey;
3-course brick band at base of 11-course parapet with plain
stone cap.
The rear gable-end is rendered, with features replaced: door,
3-light casement to the first storey, casement of two 2-pane
lights to the second storey and casement of two 1-pane lights
to the third storey. The gable is coped.
