House. Dated 1897. Coursed limestone with Ketton stone dressings; stone slate roof. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; 2-window range. Ground floor of east front with one 4-light stone mullioned window to right of projecting window bay: canted to ground floor and squared to first floor, the upper storey on corbels. One 2-light and 2 single-light stone mullioned casements to ground floor, in the canted part. First floor with 2 4-light stone mullioned casements. Projecting window bay terminates in a gable. String course at first floor returns into south flank.
South flank with 2 ground-floor single-light stone casements and one plank door with 3 top lights. Doorcase with carved lintel and date: 1897. One 2-light stone mullioned window to first floor. Gable end parapet with ball finials. INTERIOR: not inspected. Included for group value with No. 50 and with Winchester House School(qv).
