House. Mid C18 with C19 alterations. Squared coursed lias. C20 plain tiled roof.
2-unit plan. 2 storeys, 2-window range of C19 and C20 wood casements under
chamfered wood lintels. C19 central door. Ashlar gable parapets to right. Brick
stacks at end. C19 single storey bays to left. Interior not inspected. Included
for group value with the Brewery House.
