Former farmhouse, now 2 dwellings. Late C16; the main range was
extended to the south in the C19 and at this end there is a C17
addition set forward. Timber framed and plastered, the
plasterwork lined in imitation of ashlar; roof of modern concrete
pantiles. 2 storeys and attic except C17 extension which is
single storey and attic. Originally 3 cell plan. Various
casement windows, the main range with C18 2-light mullion and
transom windows on the ground floor; 2 doorways: C17 or C18 2-
panel door to left hand side, 6-panel raised and fielded door to
right hand side; 2 internal stacks. To the rear is an original
4-centre arched doorway with carved spandrels, now blocked.
Closely-spaced joists to interior; original attic fireplace.
