Public house. Early C18 substantially altered in mid and late C18. Whitewashed
brick with slate roofs, rendered stacks to ends. 2 storeys and attic under 2 flat
roof dormers. 3 bays to original inn, plat band over ground floor breaking up over
centre. Glazing bar sash windows across the first floor, casement windows to
ground floor. Central half-glazed door under flat hood with further glazed door
under flat hood to left. 1 storey, 3 bay extension to left with ridge cresting on
plain tiled roof. 2 storey, slate roofed addition to right, wings to right angles
to rear.
