Detached house. Late C16/early C7, refronted and altered C18.
Red brick with multi-colour stock brick 2nd floor addition;
stucco ground floor. Slated roof. 3 storeys. Double fronted
with 3 windows. Wooden architraved doorcase with carved
consoles, pulvinated frieze and cornice; narrow rectangular
fanlight and panelled door. Gauged red brick flat arches to
flush sashes with exposed boxing; C20 canted bay ground floor
window with penthouse roof to left of entrance. Moulded brick
band at 2nd floor level. Parapet. INTERIOR: not inspected but
noted to retain good interior features including early C17
staircase.
