Pair of terraced houses, now one dwelling. c1846-50.
Multi-coloured stock brick with stuccoed ground floor and 1st
floor band. Slated mansard roof with dormer. 2 storeys and
attic. 2 windows each. No.18 with later (inserted) doorcase
with pilasters supporting consoles and an entablature with
tablet inscribed "Sundial House"; part-glazed panelled door.
Ground floor with later 3-light casements; 1st floor with
gauged red brick flat arches to flush framed sashes. At 1st
floor level to No.18, a sundial with cherub enrichment.
INTERIORS: not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached
cast-iron railings to front garden.
