Group of 3 linked cottages forming a courtyard, formerly dairy
buildings. c1795. Possibly by George Saunders. Altered.
Roughcast on brick with hipped slate roofs and wide eaves. 2
storey central cottage with half hipped roof to courtyard,
linked by curved, buttressed walls to single storey cottages.
3 windows each of C20 glazing. C20 entrances.
INTERIORS: not inspected but north block basement noted to
contain an icehouse.
