Pair of houses. c.1837. Gault brick with stucco dressings and slate hipped roof with two central stacks. 2 storeys; 4-window range at first floor of 6/6 unhorned sashes under painted stucco cornices supported on brackets. 2 similar windows below with 5-panel doors under round- arched heads having overlights within. The pair were built following the Sudbury Town Improvement Act of 1835 and form part of a significant group of listed buildings in Ballingdon Street.
