House with shop. Early-mid C19. Incised stucco to front; red clay pantile roof with brick stack on the left. Single-depth plan plus wing at rear left. 2 storeys; 3-window range with late C19 4-pane horned sashes. Original pilastered shop front on the left with moulded entablature to fascia; 9-pane shop window on its left, overlight and partly glazed door on its right. Central house doorway with C20 door.
INTERIOR not inspected. Included for group value and for shop front.
