House. c1800. Texture on stucco with quoin strips; granite ashlar basement as plinth; steep rag slate roof. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; symmetrical 3-window front. Late C19 6-pane horned sashes. Central doorway with moulded doorcase and hood on brackets; original 6-panel door with fielded panels and similar reveals. Basement doorway on the right with similar door. INTERIOR not inspected. An externally well-preserved example of an early C19 house.
