House. Probably late C18 or early C19; enlarged and altered.
White painted scored render on brick, graduated slate roof,
chimney clad with concrete brick.
EXTERIOR: one-and-a-half depth 2-unit plan, now with large C20
extensions to rear (the former entrance front). The facade to
the road is a single-storey; 2-window range. Small-paned
3-light sliding sash to the left, and a slightly-bowed 3-light
casement to the right. Extruded gable chimney to right,
flanked by one-light windows, and a small gabled porch
overlapping with a flat-roofed extension to the rear.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Forms group with Nos 6-10 to the right (qv) and No.16 to the
left (qv).
