House, now shop. Early C19 (circa 1818) with later C19 and C20 alterations. Red brick in Flemish bond; weatherboard stair outshut; part-weatherboard and part-concrete rendered wing. Hipped plain tile roof; concrete tiles to wing; brick stacks.
2 storeys, 2 bays with stair outshut to rear, centre, and 2-storey wing to rear left. Stucco plinth. Platt band. Entrance on leftof centre has segmental header-brick arch, C20 glazed door in wooden frame, and bracketed hood. Flanking shop windows, of circa 1875. That on left of 4 + 4 panes with central mullion and pilastered architrave with hood; that on right a bay window of 2 + 10 + 2 panes with fascia and cornice. Two windows to 1st floor, each with an unhorned 12-pane sash in flush wood architrave. Stepped dentilled eaves, returned. Truncated lateral stacks. Right return: inserted bricked-up door on left. Rear: wing has unhorned sashes of 8, 12 and 16 panes in wooden architraves; similar 16-pane sash to outshut and cross-window over. Interior: Main range: ground floor now all one room. Straight-flight stair has tongued and grooved boards to walls, plainly-moulded handrail and H-hinged door to under-stair cupboard. On 1st floor: 4-panel doors with H-L hinges. Left room has fireplace with plain surround and moulded mantel, and board cupboard door. Ground-floor room of wing has large fireplace with plain surround.
