Terraced house. c1829. Stucco, roof obscured by parapet.
4 storeys over basement, 3-window range. Flat-arched entrance
with overlight and panelled door of original design, flanked
by pilasters with consoles at overlight level supporting a
cornice which breaks back in the centre; canted bay to ground,
first and second floors; all windows flat-arched; balcony with
replacement railings; storey band between first and second
floors; stepped cornice to bay and between second and third
floors; pilasters to attic, cornice and blocking course.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Cast-iron railings to steps and area with spearhead finials.
