Farmhouse. Mid-C18 with minor mid-C19 alterations. Red brick with brick dressings and pantile roof with raised brick gables and kneelers. 3 brick gable chimney stacks. Brick dentilated cornice. 2 storey. L-plan.
East front has 3 windows. Central doorway with part-glazed panel door and overlight. Either side single windows with plate glass sashes in original frames. Above 3 similar sash windows.
Right return has 3 similar sashes on the ground floor with 2 sashes to right above.
Rear has 2 storey lean-to behind wing with single doorway with 4-panel door and to right a fixed 2-light window. Above single 2-light casement window to eaves. Single storey lean-to behind main range has corrugated sheet roof, single plank door and to right single 2-light sliding sash with glazing bars. Above on first floor of main range another 2-light sliding sash with glazing bars.
INTERIOR has fine mid-C18 single flight and return stair with turned balusters, square newels and moulded handrails. Doors mostly original each with 6 raised and fielded panels in moulded surrounds. Single upper floor room has plain mid-C19 fireplace and to right large fitted cupboards with panel doors.
