Tack room and store, now outbuilding. Late C18, incorporating late C17 garden walling. Orange brick with slate roofs and single gable stack. Single storey plus attic.
Main north front has central doorway with segmental head and plank door and to right a further similar doorway with part glazed 6-panel door. To left single window also with segmental head, wooden cross mullions and square leaded glazing. Above are two semi-circular windows with wooden frames and square leaded glazing.
Rear and right return walls incorporate early C17 garden or boundary wall with ramped section to left.
INTERIOR; has two rooms on ground floor that to right with plain brick fireplace with moulded wooded mantel shelf. Left room has wooden ladder giving access to upper floor which has lime-ash floor.
