Terraced houses. Early C19. No 26, stucco No.27 stucco and
brick now painted; roof of No.26 obscured by parapet, of No.27
asbestos slate.
No.26 4 storeys, No.27 3 storeys over basement and
dormer.Ground floor decorated with banded rustication. No.26
has round-arched entrance with fanlight, fluted pilasters and
panelled door of original design; 4-storey segmental bay with
altered glazing, cornice and blocking course. No.27 has
3-storey segmental bay to Grand Parade with altered glazing,
and, to Morley Street, round-arched entrance with surround of
quoins and voussoirs, fanlight, fluted pilasters and panelled
door of original design; all windows late C20. No.26 has
cast-iron railings to steps.
