Small house. c.1730s or earlier. Roughcast mass wall construction; slate hipped roof.
Plan: L-plan with a front left projection; front door on right return.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Asymmetrical but regular 1:2-bay front to the street, with a gabled projection to the left containing one ground floor 4 over 8-pane sash and a 2 over 2-pane first floor sash. The 2-bay block set back to the right has c.1730s 12-pane sashes with thick glazing bars. 6-panel front door on right return has fielded panels and a small 4-pane probably C20 first floor window. Rear elevation has C20 windows.
INTERIOR: Not inspected but may retain features of interest.
