Terraced house. Early C19. Stucco. Roof of tile. 3 storeys and
dormer over basement. 2-window range. All windows are flat
arched. Round-arched entry with fanlight. The ground floor has
banded rustication. To the right of the entry is a full-height
segmental bay with tripartite windows; sashes of original
design. Window over entry is blocked; it has a projecting
sill. Cornice and parapet. Flat-arched dormer. Stacks to party
wall. INTERIOR: not inspected. Railings to stair and area.
