Terraced house, or possibly houses, one in Western Road and
one on the first plot on the east side of Bedford Place.
Stucco, roofs obscured by parapet.
3 storeys, one-window range to Western Road, 2-window range to
Bedford Place. Ground floor has C20 shop front. In Western
Road: segmental bay to first and second floors with triple
flat-arched windows with sashes of original design and
flanking pilasters. In Bedford Place, to north: segmental bay
to first floor to south with flat-arched tripartite windows,
sashes of original design and cornice; all other windows
flat-arched, those to second floor having 6/6 sashes of
original design; cornice and blocking course. The separate
house-front in Bedford Place has a flat-arched entrance to
left, segmental bay to first and second floors flanked by
recessed panels and flat-arched windows with deep reveals,
that to the first floor with 6/6 sashes of original design;
side stacks and stack to party wall.
