House, now shop with flat over. Brick with painted stucco and
concealed roof. c1808-1830 with later additions and
alterations including mid C20 ground-floor shop front.
3 storeys, 3 first-floor windows. First and second floors:
multi-pane casements throughout, all in tooled surrounds with
sills, those to first floor have frieze and cornice. Ground
floor: C20 glazed shop front with off-centre entrance and
further C20 entrance to left. Frieze, cornice, low parapet.
End and ridge stacks with cornices.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
HISTORICAL NOTE: Regent Street, originally known as Cross
Street, was laid out c1808-1814.
Forms a group with Nos 63-77 (odd) and No.81 Regent Street
(qqv) and Nos 92 and 92A, Parade (qv).
Formerly included as return of No.92 and 92A, Parade.
