House. c1840-50 with later additions and alterations.
Pinkish-brown brick with painted stucco facades and Welsh
slate roof.
2 storeys, 4 bays, entrance bay to left deeply recessed.
Ground floor: plinth, horizontal rustication. Entrance: 3
steps to panelled door with overlight with glazing bars in
plain reveals and within moulded surround.
Main range: the central window has been removed to ground and
first floors; ground floor has 2 tall 1/1 sashes in
double-chamfered, plain reveals. First-floor band supports 4
pairs of Ionic pilasters, to ends and between bays. 1/1 sashes
with horns and sills. Recess has 1/1 sash with round-arched
overlight in moulded surround. Continuous frieze, dentil
cornice, low parapet. Tall end stacks with stepped cornices.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
